Raphael is currently a brand ambassador for two buildings that have nearly sold out: 111 Murray Street and 108 Leonard Street.
The De Niro name has been synonymous with real estate for three generations, with a rich history that includes pioneering SoHo's first warehouse-to-residential conversions in the 1960s and 1970s. Drawing from this legacy, De Niro has developed his formidable expertise through involvement in various Manhattan and U.S. hotel projects, establishing a solid foundation for his future endeavors in real estate development.
As a partner at The Greenwich Hotel, a renowned five-star boutique hotel in TriBeCa, De Niro played a pivotal role in its successful launch in the spring of 2008. He was involved in every aspect, from design and construction to planning and daily operations. Building on this accomplishment, De Niro and his development partners are now exploring opportunities to expand The Greenwich Hotel and the Nobu Hotel and Residences brand to other locations, with Miami being their next target.
